We are raising funds to rebuild our program and resume operations.

This program creates responsible leaders, teaches seamanship, creates friendships and gives direction to Kauai youth.
Hawaii Youth Maritime Programs has the mission of building character through seamanship and they provide and maintain the vessels for the Kauai Sea Scout program.

Help our scouts become watermen. We have had several Sea Scouts who have lived in Hawaii their entire lives and never been on a boat.
As more kids are involved with the program, more people are educated about ocean sustainability.
Our program helps teenagers looking for direction. Our Sea Scouts have gone on to careers in the Coast Guard, Marine Biology, NOAA Research Vessels and have attended California Maritime Academy.
Beyond seamanship, our crews learn valuable life skills.
A donation invests in the youth of Kauai for generations to come as this boat will last for decades.
